You stand at a crossroads, one path leads to endless late nights inspecting the bottom of an empty glass, seeking out other shipwrecks to share your pain and the other signals a road to reform, a better you, wiser, fitter and renewed.
Take it from one who knows, however hard you try you wont be able to conceal the inner turmoil. You could choose to become the pale overweight self pitying separation bore that other people begin to avoid at parties. You could on the other hand choose to turn disaster into triumph and demonstrate your strength of will and your determination to rise stronger and better from the ashes of the past.
This is the time to stock check your life, throw out the old slightly worn but reassuring clothes take a good hard look at the things you really want to do rather than the things you have always been used to and turn that used and abused body into a better more confident place to be.
We cant make you feel 25 again (unless you are only 26) and we cant make you look like the sunlamped and oiled posers with finely honed and Photoshop edited bodies on the front of fitness magazines. We can help you to release all those trapped endorphins, give you back a sense that you are really alive and kicking and help you to direct your energy to a fitter more positive future.
What you dont need is boot camp, what we dont offer is parade ground discipline and torture as a tool for improvement. What we can do is develop a personal Trainer London programme for you which delivers the changes you want in a way that supports but leaves you in control.
Even better, when youve finished with us we wont ask for half the house, decimate your CD collection or run off with your pet cat
